Ramesh Rasanayagam is the CEO of CARE FOR PARENTS, a senior referral company committed to helping families find the right care solutions for their loved ones. With over 25 years of experience in health care and a hands-on approach to elder care, Ramesh brings deep industry knowledge, empathy, and integrity to the families he serves.
His professional career began in Japan, where he held the role of Managing Director of a Japanese firm, gaining international business experience that continues to shape his leadership today. Having lived in multiple countries and travelled extensively on business has given him valuable multicultural experience and people skills. He is also multilingual.
Outside of work, Ramesh is an avid sports enthusiast; he loves soccer, cricket, boxing, and Formula 1 racing. He lives in Maryland with his family.

Melanie Taylor is the Director of CARE FOR PARENTS. She has worked in the senior living industry for over 10 years and understands the unique challenges families face when an elderly loved one needs care. With her expert guidance and calm, compassionate approach, Melanie helps make what can be difficult and emotional transition simpler and comforting for both families and their loved ones.
She lives in Maryland with her beloved dog, Peaches, and enjoys visiting her daughter, who is currently studying at the University of South Carolina.
